A Poet

A poet I  am with words of wisdom that can be pleasant and kind

Things I may write can have you lost within time

From there you'll read on within my book of assorted thoughts, dreams, and distant memories

Then I have you within my mindful world of expression

This could be a life changing moment or maybe a senseless lesson

Test me if you will an see how my thoughts could tangle your mind

Cause I am the poet that has captured your mind

Locked you away For I am the spider and you are my reading prey

Trapped as you may be you can never escape this poetic trilogy

To the end then you’ll read each word of peace, love and now pure insanity

A question I may ask.. can you handle me?

Tis  you may  think you had suffer such words of bother

But I assure you my words will make you think and question things you couldn’t father

Ha! I laugh when you reach to the end of my words

could this be the only weird thing you read or ever heard?

Cause I’m a poet

A poet I am

I write to speak of words that some who may not give a damn

But its that one when curiosity has killed the cat

Then my poetic expressions  has brought them back

So I’ll set you free from this reading torchiere and let you mind drift back into life's reality

After then we will sure meet again  my friend and i will await for you or anyone else to be my

reading prey once again
