The Poet

The Poet (poem-08) He seeds his garden with words written To see which one’s come to bloom Then he picks only the ripe ones Careful not to pick them to soon He organizes them into saucers Where he meshes them into special blends Getting his quills ready for lines Where a whole new world begins He can pin you in a picture Or where you want to be He can pin you back in time He'll take your requests for free When he takes to his study He takes up his favorite quill Then writes sequins of letters Into lines with as much detail all copyrights reserved @ 9/23/19 MANOJ KUMAR PANDA
