Poetic Feign
I need it.
Its a undeniable thing, I'm a feign, I can't control myself..
These words of spoken masterpieces silence the ones that scream
"You are worthless."
"You don't deserve this."
"You are far away from perfect."
It saves me.
It devours my insecurities, mask them in ingenuity, then pours them out in
words that speak the truth.
Salted tears that kiss my pillow every night create the rivers of sweet emotion
that spill onto the stanzas that I write.
I can finally get away from the pain.
My drug of choice is the one that produces love.
The one that produces hate.
The one that produces a sense of awe.
The one that makes your eyes follow every line repeatedly until its message is
permanently embedded in your brain.
I need it.
Its an undeniable thing, I'm a feign, I can't control myself.
