Poetic Rant

With each Myers-Briggs test
the results incessantly repeat
INFJ, INFJ
introverted, intuitive, feeling, judging.
known as the peace-maker
spot on
I desire not material fancies
or enticing wealth
simply harmony among people

I am defined
by my heartfelt decree
to those who perturb
my ethereally envisioned harmony:

To think
you have the audacity
to shun the genuineness
the veritable ray of light
which is the world
brothers and sisters
neighbors

Your supercilious abhorrence
for all with which you’ve been
inherently blessed
tarnishes life
like the dark, drab cloak
that drags behind mourners
as if in an incessant pursuit
while it disturbs the path

more and more
with each lugubrious trudge
toward the resting place

Berating others
“the scum”--
do you realize
these are your fellow men and women?
some of them have serious problems
yet you act as an active spring
But pumping misused energy
to foster Misery

Raising hell with everyone you pass!
Control- hors de vos mains
Out of your hands
You, my friend,
need Jesus.
