Poetry

CC BY-ND
"Why did you keep this?" The Floorboards ask me, holding up walls covered in poetry. "Why does she hurt us?" The Walls ask to the Floorboards, holding the tacks that hold his poetry. "Why do you hold his lies?" The Tacks ask his Lines, The lies that weep his poetry "Because she loves these pretty lies." The Lines brag to the floors that hold up the walls that hold the tacks that hold the lines watching me. "She thinks I mean her, That he considers her a muse" If only I stopped reading his poetry.
