Poetry

My head is a jumble

I can’t make sense of

things, most days—

The world’s turning to

chaos, and with

every sinking moment,

I drown in the abyss, of life.

But these words,

tumbling out of my brain

turning into pencil marks on paper

fill my pages,

       and somehow,

I find myself.
