Poetry

Poetry is

                 secret

(that cannot be told)

       between

reader and poet

            a gathering rope

                 picture

capturing an emotion

its colors

            white for clarity

            red for betrayal

                  unspoken language

no rules

wordless emotions

            cat in the rain

            fists tapping on a door

                  virtue

a blossoming paradigm

nurtured by what is real

a bright orange flash after sunset

            what is beneath the iceberg.
