Poetry Builds Scars

Everyone had a different threshold of pain. Having a bigger tthreshold does not make you stronger. Having a smaller threshold does not make you weaker. Strength comes from how pain is handled. No one enjoys pain no matter how much they can can supposedly handle. Pain and time. People say that time heals all pain. Time allows you to realize that you can overcome your pain. The best part about scars are that they are healed. Scars are new skin. Damaged, but strong skin. People view scars as signs of weakness. To me, scars are signs of healing and power.
