Poetry is the hearts imagination

I write to express,

I write to suppress.

The thoughts i keep bottled

so metophorically put onto paper.

The experiences i see and paint through poetry

shape me to willingly share my thoughts with others.

Poetry gives you wings

to fly to other worlds within your mind.

To describe with such grace,

the most ungraceful.

I write to open doors,

to give an open house on a property filled with mysterious beauty.

Poetry creates connections between the writer and the reader,

that strengthen bonds and reveal concealed feelings.

I write,

to expose the best part of myself.
