Poetry is an interesting thing.

Poetry is an interesting thing.

It can be silly and funny,

Or serious and meaningful.

Sometimes, even it’s a mix of the two.

Those are my favorite poems. 

They teach me an important lesson.

You don’t have to be serious 

To make a good point

Or express something meaningful.
