Poetry, the Language of Beauty

Words are a powerful force

Poetry most of all

For while prose runs a straight course

Poetry rises and falls

Poetry is pure

Bringing peace to the soul.

Poetry is just

Giving every man his dole.

You may think this exaggeration

But after careful meditation

I must make this declaration:

Poetry is, without question, humanity's finest dialect.
