Poetry Lessons

She was in her bedroom

Separated from the existence of others

She thought about life and -

How much torment she witnessed

She felt sorrow and never experienced -

The healing from a poem within

She knew that it was best to keep searching

However, not much happened for her to be convinced

She believed that one day it would happen,

That her happiness would resurface

She acknowledged the stubbornness of her sinful nature

And repented as she soon seen the beautiful rhyme

She gave her life to the poem and asked for forgiveness

Knowing her misconceptions were erased
