Poetry Muse Inspiration

What do I do or use, to help stimulate my creative muse? Is it the daylight or the rainy dews, or the perfect tie inside my shoes? Is it the experience of being abused, or turning on the TV to the very bad news? Is it the sadness I feel at times the berry berry sad blues, seeing the plants or the monkeys or the green bamboos? Is it the sky or my parents being inside of this planet seeing starving children the famish? I do not understand it. My muse surprises me it pops up like the moon and sets like the sun, it changes with the seasons and like the cloud it scatters and run.
