You inspire me You bring this light from inside me that helps me conquer the darkness within You are a part of me that can never be taken You are my eyes That let me see the beauty all around You are my ears That to not only hear but listen to all those around us You are my voice That lets me to be able to express myself freely without doubt Without you I would I never been able to be myself and I wish to thank you Because Poetry, you inspire me You ignite this flame within that lets me see the world in more ways than one With you by my side this flame will never dim Because of you I have found happiness and peace So I wish to thank you again Because poetry, you inspire me myself and I To become one.
