You wouldn't read the poem and not be inspired You wouldn't meet the poet and not be intimidated You wouldn't feel his love for poetry and not be moved he makes your pen connect with your paper He makes your keyboard connect to your soul It's not about how much you write It's about how much it touches He brings out the poet in you He brought out the poet in me
