Darkness

Thick

Void

Cold

Frightening

Unknown

Anything could be lurking,

Waiting to snatch you away

Avoid those dark places

But with so much of it, how?

What dispels darkness?

What is sure?

What shows all things that are hidden?

Light

It illuminates

It flows through the massless voids

It causes darkness to flee

It guides

It warms

Some may shy away from it

Some may say it's blinding, or that it's too bright

Yet, darkness leaves you a lot more blind than light ever will

Just a guy who loves to paint pictures with words. I write when I'm filled with strong emotion, or, no emotion at all. From exuberance, to melancholy.
