When I’m feeling down,

Darkness all around,

Music picks me up.

All is safe and sound.

 

Jazz is to spice up life.

Blues, to overcome strife.

 

Louis Armstrong sings

Of a wonderful world.

But I only see it

Through diamonds and pearls.
