A popcorn ceiling

When we are young, our minds would makeup mosnters in the dark,

For her she would stare at the ceiling, letting her imagination take over,

she feared creatures in that ceiling.

Elven years pass,

She stares at that same ceiling,

but now she imagines a world full of stars,

watching the meteors dance around her room.

May she was afraid of growing up,

but now she cant wait to see the world, and one day,

find her home among the stars.
