Porcelein

I am a porcelein doll, my job is to move where you'd like and look pretty

I am for show, I smile blankly ahead waiting for you to take me down and show me off

Finally someone to take me down

I am dropped

Nobody wants a broken toy

I lie there staring at the cracks in my wrists and the hole in my chest

A boy picks me and tapes it up,

he smiles "this'll hold"

The cracks didn't seem as bad as moved his hands over them, the tape felt weird,

but better than the empty space
