Portrait

As much as I hurt. Hurt only leads me to bleeding. Bleeding, but not bleeding the truth. Truth that lies beneath all the bad. Bad thoughts I have harbored towards myself. Myself against everyone. Everyone who has pulled me under. Under the impression that I was not good enough. ENOUGH. Enough, oh yeah right the word that I forgot I was. Was before I gave into your hatred. Hatred you put on my shoulders to carry. Carry as if I am meant to be your slave. Slave to what makes You happy. Happy a word I hardly get to experience now. Know that it's over and I am free. Free to know. Now that I am beautiful. Beautiful And Enough.
