Positivity

I’m sitting in a world of negativity.

His blue eyes staring deeply, intently into mine.

I feel love. I feel hope. I feel happiness.

Somewhere, someone is crying.

He takes my hand, places a ring on my finger.

I feel love. I feel hope. I feel happiness.

Around us people are shouting.

His hand softly rubs my pregnant belly.

I feel love. I feel hope. I feel happiness.

There was an accident today.

He gets his eyes from his father-those same blue eyes.

I feel love. I feel hope. I feel happiness.

A fight breaks out, a connection is lost.

His tiny hand wraps around my finger.

I feel love. I feel hope I feel happiness.

Tragedies occur. Feelings get hurt.

They tell me they love me every day.

I feel love. I feel hope. I feel happiness.

I feel positivity.
