I'll hold your hand, and we'll carry on.
We're so in love, I want everyone to know.
Take this promise and never let me go.

Let all others know that you are mine.
I hope they know, by reading my face,
That I am yours and I won't be replaced.
Because I love you, I'll hit that guy.
He was looking at you with a gleam in his eye.
I know you're not interested because you have me,
But was that a wink I may have seen?
I quickly run to attack your admirer,
But why is it me that’s caught in your fire?
I wanted to protect you, that is all.
No! I won’t calm down! This is all your fault!
You want to end things, you say?
I can’t even believe you’re acting this way!
No, you won’t break up with me, I have a say too.
I hope you know, this isn’t just about you.
Because I love you, I will forever stay by your side.
You can tell me to leave, but I’ll never say goodbye.
You’ll never replace me, you know it’s true.
But I’m not going anywhere because I own you.
