Post Mortem

Clinging to a dream from my early youth,

evaluating time, manner, and cause for the hidden truth.

As a Medical Examiner I find all the facts,

searching for the weapon; whether poison, caliber, or ax.

Studying complex anatomy and forensic pathology,

creating a path to understand criminal psychology.

The ability to identify almost any corpse,

no matter how immense the bodily warps.

Using victims bodies to collect the clues,

helping to release spirits from their blues.

Autopsia Cadaverum to conclude the objective,

living out my dream as doctor detective.
