Postpartum Depression

Why me? In the midst of depression I lost my daughter. Not because I was a bad parenr but because I was filled with anxiety The cries The screams There was nothing I could do to help my princess Now Im angry Yes Im mad Why do I have to do this alone Where is my family? Why do I have to view parenting this way Is it me Is it my fault What did I do to deserve this? I love her So why am I depressed? Why do I feel like Im being pulled down? Her smile awakens the happiness But her tears frustrate sme because I dont know whats wrong Am i crazy? Am I psycho? Why cant I breathe? Why am I just looking at her? Whats wrong with me? Am I a bad mother? My depression turned inro frustration and I just wanted her happy Her screaming Her crying? Was it me? Or is single parenting frustrating? I need a break! I need air! I need quiet! Here I was a single mom, completely aloned depressed, frustrated but tell me... Was I wrong?
