A Pot of Tea

A teapot is a kitchen necessity.

It’s my alarm clock in the morning

screaming for me to get up

  • Wake up!

Without it, I would always be late

A teapot is a kitten necessity

It can be as spotted as a Dalmatian

never knowing what is a design

  • or dirt.

But don’t wash it, that’s what makes it genuine

A teapot is a kitchen necessity

It is a warm blanket at midnight

on a cold, helpless night

  • stormy night

to keep your heart warm and safe.
