Pot of Water

Emotions fill me like I am a pot of water boiling over An inferno of feelings Rising Bubbling Rising Spilling over I lash out, hurt others Shout, cry Can't deal, can't speak Can't tell anyone. Panic, I am unrestrained Must control myself, must clean up my mess I wipe up my feelings silently Burning my hands in the process I am scarred Every inch of burnt flesh A cry for help that never passes my lips
