Potential Change

With just a little change, our society could thrive

if we used our full potential, possibilites reach the sky

the potential we all have, but seem to throw away

could be the difference in, living a different way

if we all loved eachother, as much as we could love

say goodbye to all the violence, that consumes us like a glove

if we could work our hardest, every single day

you'd feel so much better, when it comes time to play

if we could share with others, we would all have plenty

say goodbye to all the hate, and countless amounts of envy

but a poem is just words, you need to go out and act

make the most of your abilities, and get your life on track
