This Pounding In My Chest

It pounds harder as each day goes by that you are not mine

This constant pounding, not the normal lub dub

But a painful pound, eacht time I see your face

Each time I hear your name

Each tine you pass through my brain

It pounds and pounds, and the pain is unbearable

I dont want to wait any longer

I want the world to know my love for you

I want the world to know you're mine

But you can only be mine in due time

So this painful, agonizing pounding in my chest will only make having you all the better

And one day when this wretched pounding in my chest dies, i know you'll be mine
