Poverty

It been here since the beginning, this isn't a sickness there's no cure I have nothing but myself, leading a desolate life full of despair. Tears, more like rivers There are no winners its not a contest. You think I asked to be this way? You think I saw it coming? Its not fun struggling. People walk by day in day out stepping all over me Watching me shower in the rain like an animal This hurts its killing me But just so you know, I am not the only one I will never be the only one Homelessness isnt a choice and No one is safe
