Poverty ... riches ... perception

Psalm 41:1

For the music director; a psalm of David.

How blessed is the one who treats the poor properly!
When trouble comes, the Lord delivers him.

Poverty a blessing … poverty a curse?

Poverty a state of heart … poverty rehearsed?

Poverty an opportunity … as poverty is nursed

Poverty a part of life … poverty invites the hearse

Riches a treasure … riches more a farce

Riches a handicap … riches oh so sparse

Riches to be measured … riches below par

Riches loss of pleasure … riches’ price too far

Wisdom a difference … wisdom sparks truth

Wisdom has no blindness … wisdom has the clues

Wisdom fulfills hunger … wisdom always true

Wisdom builds on kindness … wisdom could be you
