Power

O Power,

How you glower,

Upon the weak,

From your high seat,

Up in the clouds,

You dare to be proud,

Of your terrible deeds,

In the hearts of the meek.

Of those who are strong enough to resist,

You chase after with renewed persistence,

Until they fall under your powerful spell,

And join the ranks of the swells,

Until you no longer know them,

Until they are no longer known.

Resist the alure of power,

Don't let the glower make you cower,

Stand up against the alure of power,

Stand strong,

Stand tall.
