God is the helm of my life

He told me I am the head and not the tail

I am above and not beneath

Forget the past that lies behind me

My faith gets me to the destination ahead

Standing on a solid foundation

I am a strong Black King

My wife is as beautiful as the sun

She shines bright like a diamond

My daughters are jewels in the Father’s crown

They hold nuggets that their mother and I feed them and store them in the inner crevices of their minds and are sustained

They are princesses

My son is a prince in line to take over the throne

And my son...my son will not be a target

He will not be stopped

I speak prosperity into his future

Our children are royalty

Their halos are their crowns

My wife is my Beautiful Black Queen

She gives me positive affirmations

And God’s confirmation of our love is what makes me press on

We are kingdom helpers and we pray together, for each other, as well as for others

I am their protector and they are my peace

I look up to the hills from which cometh my help in order for my steps to be ordered

I follow Jesus and He stirs something deep down on the inside of me

I am an effective leader

I lead my family through dark valleys

And God lights my path

My fire burns for the Lord

I bind up evil

And cast it down to the pits of Hell

I see Heaven whenever I look into my wife’s eyes

Our faithfulness edifies His glory

Life and death lies in the power of one’s own tongue

So I will be the one whose tongue eradicates disease

And births a nation

Listen to my voice

God is my only choice

Power lies within me

Love is my destiny

My wife is the prophetess and I am the prophet

Our visions formed from out of the deep pockets

Of our anointed, prophetic dreams

We gone spark change and the world gone know what it means

To have power
