The Power of Awesome

You may often find that life can bring

An unusual amount of distressing things

But what’s important is that you sigh

Because they won’t stay as dark as the night sky

There are many things to be thankful for

Such as the way you sparkle with glamour

The world can offer an abundance of life

So reach for the stars and don’t let negativity suffice

The list of reasons may seem short but never does it end

‘Cause things like fireworks, cake, and people you love are there to mend

The hurtful feelings and sadness you may ever feel

Because awesome things are always there to appeal

Never again should a rainy day get in your way

Because awesome things will push the negativity away
