The Power of Belief

All my friends seem to agree

I have a certain good quality

I asked, and they all report

I am great at giving support

I help people to believe

They will eventually achieve

The various numerous goals

Emerging from their very souls

And when my friends feel down

They know I’ll be around

I can complete either task

Whichever one they ask

I’ll try to make them laugh

But that is only half

I’ll also be there to lean on

And listen while you go on and on

I don’t mind listening

And I’m never too judging

That is a favorite trait

From the ones who appreciate

My overall being a good friend

Even to the very end

When asked how I can maintain

The constant support and belief train

I say I’ve already done the hardest thing of all

So believing in you is comparatively small

I’ve overcome the impossibility

Of learning to believe in me
