Power Blip
A sullen, swollen, starry sky.
Lords over me, meandering high.
A shifting skyway,
like blackened heft mixed with silk.
Shoves my soul off an edge,
no forewarn, not one tilt.
suspended or falling in a blind trench above?
the weightlessness finds me,
wraps me,
grants me,
power of one earthly love.
in this empty void we'll find perspective together,
how two little specks make their own sky,
one without measure.
