Director

My dream career is to become a film Director

Directing can make my life do a 360 degree turn

Because I grew up in “The hard-knock life”

In my career path, I would not have to live in poverty

I could change my community

If I could change my community I would make everyone get an education

It is one of the most important things in life

I can help direct their lives

Directing is so much hard work and fun

It is the art of expressing yourself through film

Because it is my vision

I will be the greatest director because I will go to the best university

My career does not require a college education However,

I will go to Harvard University for my bachelor’s degree

And Yale University for my master’s degree

And Columbia University for my PhD

My obstacles are haters

You know the ones who say

“You’re not going to make it out of here”

My mother is my biggest supporter

She is my Lily of the Valley

And I am her precious jewel

I wish I had my community’s support

But they don’t like successful people

I need to have a dream to be successful in this business

I need hope

And encouragement too

My dream career is to become a film Director.
