Power in Fear

I have fears,

fear of the unknown,

fear of the future, the past,

of my surroundings.

Fear,

it calls for my blood,

draws me in,

leaves me wanting more,

then kicks me out.

But I'll keep fighting it,

because fear,

fear is another reason to keep moving forward.

Because of fear,

I am willing to continue on,

to face my past,

my present,

my future.
