The Power of One

I live, I breathe, and I walk just like this. Life seems so simple, yet plain and unreal. So hard to see that there’s something I miss, At times have to wonder, what do I feel? The power of one is not understood. Each step and each word can change someone’s dream. Carvings that comes from a small block of wood; As simple, complex, perfect as you deem Hero, not quite, but a person, a friend Has now come to me and opened my heart. The promise, I see, this can’t be the end. Au contraire! Not there yet, this is a start! One person to serve, to love, and to live The power of one – it’s my turn to give

This poem is about the power that another persons service has on an individual in need. It shows how as we recieve service from others, it leads us to get out and to serve those in need as well. Read it! It's good!
