As i stood in front of my team with pride ,i thought to myself this is the start of a new begininng.Tiny little faces starred at me ,with glory and pride.I knew that from here on it wasnt only about me but the team as a whole. I had to learn to serve and not be served.I had to learn to lead with a purpose.Last but not least i had to put myself second.
