The Power of Our Thoughts

The words that I speak reflect me,

The words that I speak tell my story

The words that I speak emanicipate me from my caged existence

The words that I speak declare that I am no longer hiding from the world

But speak my truth

The words that I speak take me out of the shadows

The words that I speak declare that I am no longer void

Void of a space in society

Void of a voice that represents me

I am not longer a empty soul

I have a place in God's world

And I am important to the development of other

I am now empowered to guide my own destiny

Thought the thoughs of my mind and the word that I speak
