Power of Passion

It started at four years of age,

And immediately began to rage.

Crying when told to stop,

And never giving up.

Gliding along gracefully,

Not realizing a thing.

But developing a desire,

That always kept me going.

Often the ice would crash beneath me,

But never did it ever beat me.

Sure, I've broken bones,

But they give me another story.

The precious medals hanging on my wall,

Knowing that I earned them all,

Through my passion.
