The Power Of A Pen

It's 3am and once again I find myself back here again

My thoughts going a mile a minute.

I scream but there's no sound,

I feel as if the walls are closing in

And all I have is my pen.

As my polluted thoughts flood the page,

Returning sound to a once muted place.
