power of the tongue

remember when you said it ever so sweetly the three words that'll make a women heart melt ever so gently remember when you said it ever so neglectful the three words that'll make a women regretful remember when you said it with all your might the speech that made your dream take flight remember when you said it with a hint of defeat the confidence that landed you everywhere but your feet it the power of the tongue that makes life harmonic the up beat days that comes after all the low beat days the words your moth thinks to say can make life resilient, resentful, sometimes fun its seems life is all about the power of the tongue
