The Power You Hold

You hold this power.

Power of width and life.

Power that only the stars ignite.

The power in you that starts new discovery.

Of places and people,

and grand mystery.

You rarely seek this type,

but you need something new to fulfill the long nights.

You're addicted to this power.

For only one special reason.

You're the only one who knows it's real,

therefore,

you can never reveal.
