A Prayer

Dear Lord help me see,

In you I find a way to breathe.

Lord help me to know,

Beyond a doubt I'm not alone.

Savior help me to feel,

That your love for me is real.

Savior help me to hear,

You when you say 'do not fear'.

Lord help me to touch others,

So they may be called my sisters and brothers.

Lord help me to think of you,

When it's the hardest thing to do.

Lord guide me in my days,

So that they may be passed giving you praise.

Lord above all draw me close,

To your heart that glows.

Lord, praise be to you,

For all the things you do.

Lord, I give you thanks,

for your fertile river banks.

Lord, under you I bow,

I will not question how.
