Prayer so Rare

Look around. What do you see? Look at how things should always be. Pain, tears, sorrow are part of our life, Also the troubles and the strife. Without our grief and sadness, We can never know joy and happiness. So I end in a prayer, that in our hearts is so rare. Lord God, thank you for the good, And for everything you withstood. You died on that tree, For my friends and my family. Our sins where forgiven, And a new life we where given. And Lord I thank you, For all the things that you do. Lord, I thanked you for what makes me glad But I didn't thank you for all the bad. The bad is what makes me appriciate the good, If there was only happiness, nothing could be understood. And Lord I thank you, for all the things that you do Good or bad, They all make me very glad For you to be my sheperd And for me to be your sheep.
