Pretending

Tue, 11/21/2017 - 11:51 -- Axelz

Everytime I see the doctor,

I pretend to be who they want me to,

Or who they think I am.

For I know if I tell them,

They'd invalidate me instead:

"You are female."

"Forget about it."

"It doesn't matter."

Its almost like they want me dead!

They know how much I care,

But they just leave me pretending,

Sitting in the therapist's chair.
