Pretentious

I don't like my own poetry, you know?

I find it pretentious

And I think that's a very underused work now days

Pretentious

Awfuly ironic

You see, I dont write these for anyone else

To be famous, to make a difference

Doesn't matter to me

No

These are written in a selfish ink

A serenade for my eyes only

A medication for my soul

Fine blue pills

Crafted

Swallowed

Ingested

By yours truely

And

Yet

I still find myself pretentious
