Pretty Hurts

They use to say beauty is what lies on the inside and not the out. But now it’s about curves, and what’s being put out. Pretty hurts. No one seems to think so. But they’re not that girl that’s standing outside the window. Hoping to become as pretty as the model on the window. A little on the heavy side Big puffy hair Glasses and barley have stuff to wear Yeah, She don’t fit in. Pretty hurts. You try to deny it. But it’s the truth. Just like beauty and the beast. The beast didn’t know what to do. Beauty was so pretty. And beast thought he was the fool. Being called hideous names and being tortured like you was an animal in the zoo. Yeah, she would’ve thought think the same too. Pretty hurts Don’t let them fool you. Buying thing that doesn’t fit you Yeah, Sounds nice but all it gets you is a hospital bill or two. Having young girls thinking it’s cool and it’s the right thing to do. But for the ones who can’t afford it is the ones with the issue. Pretty hurts And you don’t even have a clue.
