Pretty Simple

I'm pretty simple
No flare here
Im not politically correct or incorrect
I don't go places that stiffen my chin
I have trouble understanding why things are such
I listen to music that caresses my soul
I grasp a cool breeze when the wind wants to share
I walk forward with my eyes wide open
And sleep fast on the those things that have past
I am pretty simple
No pizzaz here
I just continue to move through the prickly vine seeking more simplicity
